Pip’s Local Plate

Suited to a long lunch or intimate dinner party, this is a true Northern Rivers experience, where a bespoke menu is crafted around the week’s market produce.

Cooked on a barrel coal barbecue will be a treasure chest of dishes formed from local ingredients - think steaming hot damper, smoky local fish, grilled oysters, charred local veggies, and pasture-raised pork. Feast on this abundant spread, enjoying the sights, smells, and sounds of a truly immersive foodie affair.

Food and cooking equipment is provided, you’re in charge of the setting. Portions will be hearty - it’s recommended you skip breakfast and have containers for leftovers at the ready. A matched wine pairing is also available courtesy of our friends at Luna Wine Store

Pip’s Feast Over Fire

A casual winter bonanza, involving an open fire cook-up, immersing you and your guests in the elements.

Not to mention an ideal occasion to showcase your property (and your firepit if you have one). Picture a very long lunch, a 4-5 hour eating experience, where fare is cooked in front of you. Along the lines of whole fish over coals, bamboo sticky rice, Lamb or pig al asador, hung chickens over a roaring fire pit, smoky lamb ribs, local freshly shucked oysters on the grill, whole smoked pumpkins etc.

Food and fire is provided, you’re in charge of the location, rugs, drinks, and appetites. Portions will be hearty - it’s recommended you skip breakfast and have containers for leftovers at the ready. A matched wine pairing is also available courtesy of our friends at Luna Wine Store
